Ae Watan Mere Watan Movie Story
Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming Indian Hindi-language film Ae Watan Mere Liye Sir is a 22-year-old girl named Usha, who runs an underground radio station to bring the country together against the British Raj during the Quit India Movement of 1942.
In the opening scene of the trailer of this movie, Sara Ali Khan is seen running with the tricolour in her hand. The scene is of Mumbai in 1942. A voice comes from the background, “The British have destroyed our country. What will we think, what will we say, what will we see, when we are being controlled.” After this, there is a scene of Mahatma Gandhi’s rally in which Bapu says, “Break the walls of fear and fly with the wings of courage, spreading the wings is bravery.” This statement of Bapu has a deep impact on Usha, i.e. Sara Ali Khan, who is playing the character.
